SELECT WINE &

MAKE AN APPOINTMENT

We have over 50 varieties of wine for you to pick from.

Do you have a preference for a certain brand of wine? We have a comparable wine for you!

 

Explore the entire product line below and feel free to give us a call!

START BREWING

YOUR WINE

Brewing day is a special day.

You'll meet with our brewmaster Jeff and he will show you how to combine the ingredients and the starter.

Jeff will be there for you every step of the way.

3

BOTTLE &

ENJOY!

Four to six weeks after Step 2, your wine will ready to be bottled! 

 

You can either bring in your own bottles, or purchase new bottles from Bay Brewing Centre, so that you can start bottling your wine for storage.

STEP 2

START BREWING

Once your brewing day is here, you'll meet with Jeff and he'll help you find the wine that you're looking for. We have over 50 different types of wine from .

Once you have selected your wine, brewmaster Jeff will help you combine the ingredients to your wine.

Depending on the wine that you selected, Jeff will schedule a meeting with you 4-8 weeks in advance for you to come back and bottle your new wine.

STEP 3

Once bottling day is here, you can decide to bring your own bottles, or buy new bottles from us. We'll show you how to properly fill and seal your bottles.

​

Each batch makes 23L - approximately 30 x 750mL bottles.

​

The moment you're been waiting for. Your delicious handmade wine is ready to enjoy!
